It is a wine produced at one of Bacharach’s most famous vineyards – Sankt Jost. The southern exposure, the terroir composed of slate and clay flakes, the slope of over 60%, bring the grapes to perfect ripeness. The particular aromaticity of the vine enhances the characteristics of this “feinherb”. The typology features a slight sugary residue (about 10 gr./lt.) that finds a unique dimension in the fruity, soft and refreshing notes. Intense straw yellow in colour, it is distinguished by notes of white peach, passion fruit and citrus fruits. On the palate it is agile, delicate and mineral. Closes delicately.
